LG HOME APPLIANCE CASHBACK PROMOTION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Promotion consists of purchasing one of our qualifying Home Appliance products during Promotion Period (as defined below), optionally leave a review about the Qualifying Product (as defined below) and register to receive cashback into your bank account. Claims must be made after the purchase and the installation of the Qualifying Product, but within August 20, 2021. Cashback amounts vary and depend on the Qualifying Product purchased, please see table below for further details. Only valid at participating stores to residents of Denmark and Sweden to those aged 18 and older. Please see the list of Qualifying Products and their corresponding cashback amounts below. Internet access is required and you must provide your purchase receipt.

Promotion Period: June 23 to July 28, 2021.

Claim Deadline: August 20, 2021.

ELIGIBILITY

1. The Promotion is open to residents of Denmark and Sweden who are aged 18 years or older.
2. The Promotion entails the receipt of cashback amount via bank transfer and cashback amounts vary depending on the Qualifying Product purchased, see table below for Qualifying Products and their corresponding cashback amounts.
3. In order to qualify for the Promotion, participants must purchase a new (not second hand) Qualifying Product from one of the below retailers which are participating in the Promotion (“Participating Retailer”):

Whiteaway Denmark online retailer website (www.whiteaway.com) and Tretti Sweden online retailer website (www.tretti.se),

in Denmark and Sweden during the Promotion Period; the promotion is valid online purchases only. Claims relating to non-qualifying products or Qualifying Products purchased before or after this Promotion Period will be deemed invalid. The Promoter and/or the Administrator shall not be responsible for any unauthorised retailer purporting to be a Participating Retailer of this Promotion.

QUALIFYING PRODUCTS

Qualifying Products for the Promotion:

4. Qualifying Products can only be purchased online from Participating Retailers; please check with your chosen retailer that they are participating in this Promotion prior to purchasing a product to avoid any disappointment. Products purchased via other means will not qualify for this Promotion.
5. All Qualifying Products must be new and genuine LG products. Purchases of second hand, refurbished or reconditioned products; products imported from outside the EEA and the United Kingdom or products which are counterfeit or infringe the intellectual property rights of LG Electronics in any way will not qualify for this Promotion.

CLAIM PROCESS

6. To claim this Promotion following your purchase, please complete the online claim form at www.lgnordic-promo.comand upload a copy of your full purchase receipt and provide the serial number available on either the Qualifying Product or its packaging before the end of the Claim Deadline. Optionally leave a review on the Qualifying Product on the relevant LG product page (www.lg.com/se or www.lg.com/dk, as applicable) and upload a digital copy of the screen shot of the review. Claims made after the Claim Deadline will not be eligible for the Promotion. Please ensure your purchase receipt includes the retailer name, the model number, the price of the Qualifying Product and the date of purchase and you will need to select/fill in the Participating Retailer’s details accordingly, please note you will also need to fill in your bank account details.

7. Claims are not valid in respect of Qualifying Products that are returned to a retailer and the participant receives a full refund, in which case the Promoter will be entitled to claim back any cashback amounts that were paid. In any event, the last date for registration will be the Claim Deadline. In the event that a Qualifying Product for which the participant has received a cashback amount is returned or credited to/by a Participating Retailer the participant is obligated to inform the Administrator thereof by sending an e-mail to the following e-mail address: [MAIL] lgcashback@promotion-support.com
8. The Administrator will not process a claim if the participant cannot provide a copy of the full purchase receipt and the serial number on the Qualifying Product.
9. You will receive the cashback via bank transfer to the bank account details you provided when submitting you claim. This will be within 7 working days of validation of your claim. Validation of your claim shall occur within 7 business days of a successful registration. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information to the Promoter/Administrator and should you provide any inaccurate information, the Promoter or Administrator shall not be responsible for and shall have no obligation to fulfil the cashback reward.
10. Please note you will need access to the internet to redeem this Promotion and any charges relating to this are between you and your internet service provider and are not the responsibility of the Promoter/Administrator.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all claims to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid or repetitive claims including, without limitation, to require the participant to prove that it did not return the product within the period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Claims for returned products, those made in bad faith or fraudulent entries or claims that otherwise do not meet these terms and conditions will be invalidated.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and to amend or withdraw this Promotion at any time.
13. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to extend or shorten the Promotion Period at any time, only where absolutely necessary.
14. You will only be able to claim one cashback amount per Qualifying Product purchased and the serial number of that product can only be used for cashback once.
15. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided the correct contact details for the purposes of this Promotion.
16. Please allow 7 working days for validation of your Claim. The Claim Deadline is as specified above.
17. By claiming this cashback, applicants will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

19. Administrator: Benamic Unlimited Company (registration number 476077) whose registered office is IDA Business and Technology Park, Ring Road, Kilkenny, Ireland.

20. The Promoter acts as data controller as defined under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). Promoter agrees to comply with its obligations under the GDPR and shall procure that the Administrator does the same. In particular, Promoter will hold all personal data securely and the Promoter and Administrator will use it solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion as set out in these Terms and Conditions and in accordance with all applicable laws. The information which the Promoter shall be collecting in relation to the Promotion shall be:

• Serial number; and
• Optionally, digital copy of the review.

Your personal information will be retained for as long is reasonably necessary to administrate the Promotion and as required by law or as necessary to perform a service to you. Please contact us for further details of applicable retention periods through the contact details set out in the Privacy Policy listed above.

The Promoter will not be sharing your personal data with anyone else than the Administrator and then only for the purpose of administrating the Promotion.

21. The Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by Swedish Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
